Private H Baines

Mrs Baines, of Beever Street, Goldthorpe has received news of her son, Private Horace Baines (York and Lancs) was wounded on April 28 and has since had his left arm amputated.

He enlisted in September 1914 and said a year and eight months in France.

He has two brothers in hospital.
