Leslie Vickers, Catherine Totty, Marilyn Smith, Lorraine Gratton and Christine Divine, school girls who ages range from 10 to 11 years, decided to do something for the National Institute for the Blind.
They organise a jumble sale and a concert (here they are seen in their “stage” dresses) and they realised £1 14s which has been handed to Mrs Bailey, of Goldthorpe, for Blind Welfare.
