Supporters of Goldthorpe United football club spent Saturday afternoon and evening exhibiting the three splendid Cup the team has won.

Carried on a decorated dray, the Ambulance Band in attendance, nearly every point of the district was visited, and the Cubs were much admired.

The beautiful Montagu Cup has now been in existence for 30 years, and is an intrinsically valuable trophic.
