The three sons of Mrs. Allan, 29, Beevor Street, Goldthorpe, all joined the Army in the early stages of the war.

One of them has been killed and another wounded.

Cpl., W. Allan (Y. and L.), (bottom, left) was killed on April 4.

Pte. Horace Allan (Scottish Rifles), (bottom, right) has been wounded. .

Pte. John Allan (Y. and L.), (bottom, middle), has been serving in France nearly three years
