Prisoner Of War.
Notification has been received by Mrs. Walford, of 41, Welfare View, Goldthorpe, that her husband, Driver Ben Walford, is a prisoner of war.
He has been serving out East since October last.
Driver Walford will be remembered best at Bolton, where he managed his father’s butchering business at Furlong Road for a number of years.
