Gnr. F. C. Ryan

Here is a picture of Gnr. Frank Clifford Ryan, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Ryan of 12, Homecroft Road, Goldthorpe, who has been given his discharge from the Army following a period in hospital, as reported in a recent issue.

Gnr. Ryan joined the Artillery in September 1939 and saw service in France, Belgium, Egypt, Cyprus, Iraq, Palestine, Libya  and Sicily.
