Fatal Collapse While Waiting For ’Bus
A Thurnscoe crossing-sweeper, Arthur Robert Travis (64), Salisbury Avenue, collapsed while waiting for a ’bus Green Lane, Barnburgh, near Mexborough, Saturday.
When the ‘bus arrived, he was taken Goldthorpe police station and Dr. J. Mills was called. Travis was dead when he arrived.
He was returning home after completing his day’s work on the railway crossings near Barnburgh Main Colliery.
